also looking for the wood cut out that looks like the liberty tree

That is a real blast from the past!  This issue looks like it was from the days when Wood & Steel was on newsprint, rather than the glossy magazine stock that we see now.  I had all of those at one point, but moving from Alaska back down to America (Lower 48) meant downsizing a lot of stuff.  Archives like that had to go to recycling rather than be moved south at ~$1 per pound.  I'm glad to see that they still exist in PDF format.
Taylors:  424-LTD (all koa) and a 114ce that lives with friends in Alaska.  Low maintenance carbon fiber guitars are my "thing" these days, but I will always keep the koa 424.  Several ukulele and bass guitars too.
