That is one gorgeous GT. Tasmanian Blackwood is one of my favorite tonewoods. I have a 322e with a hog top and 3 piece TB back and sides. To me, one of the best sounding guitars I've ever owned. Hope you let us know what you think.

Even prettier in person.  The tone is very warm and extremely well balanced.  I like it better than my 811e, which to me can be a little too bassy - I know weird for a small guitar, but I think comes from the C-class bracing.  For my music style, I also like that the new guitar has fewer overtones, but is long way from dry sounding.  Sounds great right out of the box, and I am sure will only improve as the guitar is played.  To me, Taylor has done amazing things with the GT body shape.
