My wife enjoyed our weekend stay in San Diego a couple of years back.
In addition to the Taylor factory & service center tour I suggest a trip to the Mexican border shopping outlets and return drive to Coranado Island.
Dinner at "Croce's" is worthwhile great food and Jim's original song drafts, gold records and a gift shop plus live music after 8:30pm.
A win /win trip for us.
