Our first Thanksgiving without a full Turkey dinner! Due to some minor health issues, we had to modify our lifestyle with the major change being food choices. Consequently, we had some chunky homemade Cornish hen soup (with all the winter vegetables) served in sourdough bread bowls (all we could eat!). It was fabulous, and neither of us have any food hangovers today! Can't wait to see what my wife comes up with for Christmas dinner!
