they have set procedures now,you would have to have a license and come over with some experience of road racing,then there a week of practice before racing,theirs clips on u tube,its not something you can just turn up for..these guys come over for months learning every corner....their have been about 300 deaths on the course ,and every accident is investigated, with every death their are those who want to ban it!
