We have been looking for things to put the syrup on! Glazed carrots, salmon, chicken and I'm using it instead of honey in my homemade bread. A dollop is also good in plain yogurt. It really is delish.  The jugs we bought as gifts....are no longer gifts :)

I would like to buy a bottle of syrup from you and would appreciate being put on the list for next year. I’d buy a bottle now if you had any left.

OK. Based on the interest, I'll have to ask the mods if I'm allowed to just put a thread out there next year. Nothing left in plastic (shippable) this year. Sorry.

No vanilla...just 100% pure maple syrup. Nothing added, just maple sap boiled down to 67% sugar. Sounds like you got it ok.....and approve. Enjoy.

Of course 100% maple, with a flavor profile different from my eastern sources.
