Hello from SW Missouri
« on: October 01, 2014, 11:03:34 PM »
Have had a Taylor 314ce 1999 model for several years and now purchased a 2014 814ce Taylor. It is an incredible guitar!!!  I live south of Joplin,MO play in church praise band.  I taught music and band for13 years, then school counselor for 18 years then retired from Oklahoma. Now working as a psychological examiner in Missouri to fund my guitar addiction!!

Hi ronbob. Welcome to the UTGF. Congrats on your new 814ce. What exactly does a psychological examiner do? Administer MMPI's and Rorschach tests? Glad you found us. Enjoy the site. :)

Welcome. Will a psychological examiner be able to help all of us with GAS?! Congrats on your new 814ce.

I would love to visit your area sometime. One of the things on my bucket list is to attend Rhonda Vincent's July 4 bash.

Enjoy those Taylors!

Thanks everyone!   I do educational testing for special education.  I have GAS too. I do not think there is any known cure

Hello from Texas. Welcome, even though I'm new here too :) I really bet that 814 is a dream. Played an 816 in the music store and wow. Just wasn't ready to drop that much cash!!! Took home a brand new 315CE Jumbo that day however. Loving it. Taylor discontinued the Jumbo models so I'm really glad I found this one. Praise on!! May His Glory shine in the music and words we play.
