A 1-11/16" nut is quite possibly a deal breaker for me, so which of the above would you most like to see?

I do prefer a 1 3/4 nut, but I've also adjusted well to my current Mini. A wider nut would not compel me to buy any of the choices above.
My Taylor Grand Auditoriums:

1997 Cujo14 - old growth cedar/black walnut
2014 K24e - master grade koa
2018 Custom GA - bear claw sitka spruce/mahogany
2019 614 - torrified sitka spruce/flamed maple
2020 714 - lutz spruce/rosewood

I have a really strong preference for 1-3/4" nut width, enforced by developing arthritis in my left hand.  1-11/16" just doesn't work comfortably for me anymore, at least for more than 20-30 minutes at a time.  I would be happy to trade up for a 214 with a wider nut.  I keep a 114 in Anchorage at a friend's house for my semi-regular working trips up there, to avoid exposing a guitar to the risks of airline travel.  If a 214 were available with the wider nut, I'd be on it in a heartbeat and sell my 114 up north.  But I don't expect changes to happen any time soon.  The 100 / 200 / Mini / Baby series is based on standard production methods and narrow necks to appeal to the widest     :o      possible audience.
Taylors:  424-LTD (all koa) and a 114ce that lives with friends in Alaska.  Low maintenance carbon fiber guitars are my "thing" these days, but I will always keep the koa 424.  Several ukulele and bass guitars too.
*Gone but not forgotten:  a 2001 414ce, 410, 354-LTD twelve string, 314-N, 416-LTD baritone, T5 Classic, 615ce, 2006 GS-K, 1996 (first year) Baby

I really like the GSmini I bought my daughter last year.  That said, I don't like it "enough" to ever want to "steal" it on occasion and simply prefer to drag out one of my full-sized Ts.  But if Taylor did make a GSm with a 1.75" nut, I am afraid I just may be tipped ...so I hope they don't;)

Interesting numbers and comments so far, but early days.

Before starting this poll I would have assumed that the GS mini would be the outright winner, being a guitar that even high end collectors seem to acquire, and more than one fairly often, it would seem.

That being said I am not sure whether those already owning one or more would deem the difference significant enough to make the upgrade.

People like me, not needing a large collection, but open to adding a couple of Taylor's introductory models in the future, I would expect to be more likely to say this will be a deciding factor, similarly those with large funds available to acquire guitars at will I would expect wouldn't mind a GS mini upgraded.

Will be interesting to see how this does, or doesn't! develop over time, I figure if there is a massive swing for one particular model to be made available as 1-3/4" it could help persuade Taylor the switch up could be profitable and worthwhile in the future, but only time will tell, and of course they have many factors to consider to deem it viable.

You can certainly put me down for the GS mini with larger nut, and also 114ce, for a larger body element to a small collection, unless of course a lottery win comes my way, in which case I may invest slightly heavier in the guitar department  :D

The slightly wider nut would probably push me over the edge to buy a GS Mini.  That said, I can tolerate just about any width.  Just takes a little bit of time to get the fingers adjusted.

I remember back when Taylor guitars were disliked for having nothing but "skinny" necks.  Now, it's shifted to the point where folks don't seem to like an acoustic neck that plays like an electric guitar. (Or something to that effect from the early ads).

1/16 of an inch just doesn't matter to me.

While I would prefer a wider neck on my GS Mini's I don't see trading up. They work for my purposes, and quite frankly my 1st Mini is the nicest playing one I have ever seen, so it would not be going anywhere.
I answered none of the above, but if I were in the market it would be the Mini, or a 212ce!(I know, keep dreaming).

I am probably different than most....while I do a fair amount of fingerstlye playing, I have short slim fingers and I find it harder to play on my 1 3/4 inch necks. I have a very slim 1 3/4 Breedlove Oregon which plays great but is harder for me to reach certain chords. My J45 has something in between 1 3/4 and 1 11/16...its good, but I prefer 1 11/16 overall, possibly because I'm use to playing electrics allot of my life.
