I'm curious about this and researched a few specs after reading your post. I've only used PB Medium Elixirs on my GSMs so far, and I do enjoy them. The difference will be 163 lbs (SCP) vs 188 lbs (Elixirs). So I'm guessing it will be a slinkier feel at the same diameter.

The Elixir PB Lights are rated at 162 lbs.

I put a set of the Santa Cruz Mid-Tension Parabolic strings on my 2017 GS Mini KOA last week, and they are the best strings I’ve ever had on her. Warm, focused, and easy to play. I highly recommend you guys give them a try

What about the anemic sound, poor volume, and bad slinkiness feel people describe when putting lights on their GS Minis? The mids have basically the same tension as a set of Elixir Lights.

I placed the Santa Cruz parabolics on my Taylor 322ce and I LOVE them! Warmer richer sound and still has the Taylor sparkle. They sound TERRIBLE the first day, as they take some time to break in, much longer than typical strings. Just stick with them and they are amazing. I ma not sure how long they last. I put mine on 2 months ago and they still sound good.

I put the "Mid-Tension" on my GSM; I think the light tension's might be too light.

I failed to see how my post was attacking anyone, but apologies anyway.
