Well I picked this up about 10 days ago so I guess this is a bit late.  Anyway, went to a Taylor demo at a local shop since I was GASing pretty bad for a v-class guitar.  At least I wanted to see/feel/hear them myself.  And I really wanted to compare the 914ce with the K14ce.  Was quite impressed with both of them and through great effort talked myself into going home with a new K14ce builder's edition.  As I mentioned in another thread this is an early present to myself for a yet to be completed accomplishment so other that a quick play at the shop it is living in it's case.  No easy task but it was part of the compromise I made with myself.  It is a beautiful guitar to see/feel/hear.

Gorgeous, I bet it's difficult to not spend time playing it. Congrats!

Something that just seems weird to me.....the placement of that strap button on the back of the guitar. :-\

I rarely use a strap with my acoustics, I'll have to give it a try when I allow myself to play.

I pulled it out and took the pics when I was crunched for time.  My way to help with putting it right back in the case, lol.

Absence makes the heart grow stronger.  That's what I keep telling myself and I'm sticking to it.  I'll find out this Thursday when my final date is to completed my task.  Will knowing make it easier or harder?  I suspect harder.

Looks like 05Apr is my date, 5 weeks to go.

Now I had to play it at the shop before I bought it but it was very busy/noisy and I was pressed for time but it was clear that it is by far the nicest acoustic I own.  In fact the only other acoustic I ever played that might be a peer or higher was a Martin, unknown model, I played back in 1978 at a friend's friend's house.  That was a long long time ago but I can still remember thinking "Is this me playing?  I sound awesome", lol.
