Hi, everyone. New member of the forum and as of an hour ago a first-time Taylor owner -- this would be NGD #55, I believe.

This beauty is a 312CE 12-Fret LTD.

BTW, how do I tell if it's the current model? Can I figure it out from the serial number?

#56. 2012 Builders Reserve VI guitar and amp. Essentially a K55 with the old style mustache bridge. Very cool!

 #58. Haven't bought any new guitars the past few years. Last week I pulled the trigger on a 2017 T5z Pro Special Edition.

 I retired in April and moved near the small town of Erwin, NC. Erwin was once known as the "Denim Capital of the World".

 Normally, I don't name my guitars. The exception is my Hard Knocks Esquire because Will Kelly had already named her "Miss Bettie". 

 I decided to name my T5z "Erwin". A tribute to the town's proud past history and the gorgeous denim stain.

#60. got a 314ce, traded away due to nut spacing and just got the 224ce KOA yesterday!
