Tried the Academy 12 today. Wow, wish I had one 44 years ago when I was starting. Sounded nice, was comfortable to play and you can't beat the price. A nice look to them too, for no frills. Kuddos to Taylor!
Afterthought.........Actually, I would have no problem having one in the stable now. They definitely aren't just for starting out. It would make a nice couch guitar and maybe even more.
