Thanks for the welcome ya'll!

I just recently, in the last few days, got a 1997 414 in great shape. From what have been able to gather it the last year of the pinlesses bridge.. that seem correct?

Really digging the voice of the guitar.... Looking forward to getting to know it better!

Macstilton, Congrats on the 414!  Originally I had a 314ce and then a few months ago I picked up a 1997 414ce.  As much as I loved the 314 -- the 414 has stolen my heart (and ear!)  If you send the serial number to Taylor they will tell you the stats on materials -- I believe it is solid spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides.  My was made on December 5th 1997.
