Hard Case

Any recommendations for a hard case that fits the GA well, and doesn't cost a mortgage payment? I just like the security of a nice, hard shell around my instruments.

Taylor hardshell cases are not that expensive and certainly  worth the investment for your GA. They can be ordered separately through your Taylor dealer.
My Taylor Grand Auditoriums:

1997 Cujo14 - old growth cedar/black walnut
2014 K24e - master grade koa
2018 Custom GA - bear claw sitka spruce/mahogany
2019 614 - torrified sitka spruce/flamed maple
2020 714 - lutz spruce/rosewood

SKB and Gator make lots of hard cases. The Taylor GA is their own shape so no one will have the absolute perfect fit like a factory, but there's still good ones out there; you just have to measure. And the widest parts of a GA are nearly the same as that of a dred so it really won't be that hard to find. :)

Taylor hard cases are the best, but not the lightest.  Very durable though.  I only wish my mortgage payment was as low as a Taylor guitar case.
