This guy wouldn't leave me alone until we took a picture together. Extra bonus if you know who he is and where we are. What brewery quote is on my t-shirt? What logo is on my hat? This is the second encounter I've had with these unsavory types. ;)

That looks like Captain "Wild Bill" McCroskey. The logo is from White Rabbit, Taylor Guitars hat and have no clue where you are but it is called Town Tavern( tshirts available according to the napkin dispenser).
