All Things Taylor
« on: December 12, 2011, 04:02:16 PM »
I just got a meeting/training invite here at work and the presenter is Bob Taylor ... OK, not THE Bob Taylor but for a second it took me aback ... OK, excuse me while I see what this Bob Taylor has to say ... it will not be as much fun as talking about guitars to be sure ...  8)

after the presentation is over, you may want to go over & thank him -
if it were me, i'd mention 'i really enjoying playing your guitars, too' ???

on second thought, maybe not - he may get that quite a bit

enjoy the meeting - learn something & take notes ... there will be a pop-quiz later ;)

Haha...  If only it was the real Bob Taylor.  Will the real Bob Taylor step forward?  I bet your Bob Taylor knows his material for the presentation he is making just as Bob Taylor of Taylor Guitars knows his fine instruments.

yes, the opening band is about to hit the stage -

"will the real Bob Taylor
please stand up,
please stand up,
please stand up"

opener is promptly booed off-stage, dodging bottles & other projectiles

intermission - the headliner will be performing in about 30 minutes

great time to order yourself another drink ... or better yet, try the veal ;)

thank you very much & good nite - drive safely
