Overriding the hyperlink feature
« on: December 12, 2011, 11:46:00 AM »
The hyperlink feature doesn't work at the moment but hopefully it's something Josh can get fixed. In the meantime, you can override it to get it to work. Highlight your text and click on the Insert Hyperlink button.

Your text should look like this:
Code: [Select]
Facebook Page for the Unofficial Taylor Guitar Forum
In the first url bracketed section, add an equal sign and the URL address so it now looks like this:
Code: [Select]
Facebook Page for the Unofficial Taylor Guitar Forum
Then it will look and work like this:

Facebook Page for the Unofficial Taylor Guitar Forum

i never realized that the hyperlink feature was ever not working ???

i have been copying the link, clicking on the 'insert hyperlink' button,
just to the right of the 'insert image' button. & pasting it in (viola)

i'm glad that it's working :)

Cindy, i was wondering where the area is that text can be
inserted & displayed, rather than just having the link show up -
i've seen that done in some of your posts & didn't know how it you did it

thanks :D

I think her workflow is to rename your hyperlink instead of it just showing up as a url.
