Here's two more ideas:

1) A mahogany and cedar short scale Grand Orchestra with Cindy inlays.

... and a sunburst finish all over. (sunburst over mahogany looks great!)

2) A 7-string Grand Orchestra

I'd like to see (in no particular order):

- a 300 series 12-fret Grand Concert model
- a slope-shoulder dreadnought, either 14-fret "Gibson" style or 12-fret "Martin" style with slotted headstock
- the 35th anniversary parlor model added to the lineup, at least as a custom option
- a GS Mini with 1.75" nut width, at least as a custom option
- GS Mini models for each of the numbered series 500 and up (still laminate back/sides if that would keep the costs down somewhat)
- a fuller/thicker neck profile as a custom option
- wider string spacing as a custom option
- open-geared tuners as a custom option
- mandolins and ukuleles (with both affordable and premium options)

2005 Taylor 210 (sitka/sapele)

I'd like to see the 8 string baritone come back as a regular production model, although I'm not sure there is a market large enough to justify such a move. I tried one out a few years ago and really wanted to get one, but I had to get a bunch of other guitars first!

I'd like to be able to choose between different wood options and price points as well. I think they made a limited run of 6 string baritones in the 400 series at one point; I'd love an 8 string GA or GS with ovangkol back and sides, for example. Or cocobolo. Or flamed maple. I'd take one of each! :)

being able to order a baritone (6 or 8 ), a 9 string or a 12 fret, at least in the 500 series up, where there isn't one offered
as a "standard" model, with the same appointments as the series (like a vintageburst 716ce baritone) would be pretty
