Incoming GC 322 Hog
« on: June 16, 2014, 11:08:54 PM »
Just ordered the below guitar that should be here Thursday. Really looking forward to playing this model with the 1 3/4 nut and the all hog body. Specs are what I believe will be a perfect fit for my playing style.....pretty excited about this one!

Nice choice!  Pretty sure the 322 is not all hog though, it's got sapele b/s.  You'd have to go up to a 522 to get all hog, sorry.

Nice! I wish they made that one in a 12-fret.

I gave one of those a audition at a GC and loved it.  Congratulations

Congrats on a beautiful guitar!  Looking forward to your review and comparison to your 000-15M.
I own a 000-15M (my only Martin) and it truly sings!

Got it yesterday and plan on spending a lot of time with it this weekend. Sounds great so far. Tonal speaking it sits perfectly between my Martin 000-15 and my Larrivee om40. A tad warmer than the Larrivee and not as dark as the Martin. Workmanship is superb as well as the playability. Very glad I got it especially from Sweetwater. They called and sent pics of the guitar keeping me up to date on the transaction until it's arrival.

very nice!

i'm kinda in the mood for one of these, or the 522. i like the top of yours a lot.

and since GR is no longer in the taylor business, i've purchased my last 3 guitars from Sweetwater with excellent service(i have no close local dealer and the dealer 1.5 hours away, gave up the taylor brand about a year ago). Sweetwater is a nice place for us folks who don't have local shops.

I've had a 322 for a few months now and it's one of the best sounding small body guitars I've ever owned.  I really like it.
