Been looking forward to posting this all week...
So, I've been GASsing for a T5 since I played a buddy of mine's recently at a weekend jam session. It fills so many needs for me. I like the versatility and the array of voices you can achieve. I like the small body for playing acoustic quietly at night when my kids are asleep. My only beef with it was that it felt so similar to a regular acoustic, and I really wanted some diversity in my collection. It was this last point that piqued my interest in the T5z.
Started hunting. Started waffling. Found some deals on 2013 T5 models that were impossible to pass on, so to give it a fair shot, I picked up a T5-C1 in Trans Black and started testing. After 3 days, and several visits to GC and my FLGS to test T5zs, I decided I HAD TO HAVE a T5z. I sent T5-C1 back and scored a ridiculously good deal on a demo model T5z Custom (Koa). Got it today and she's perfect in every way. Not a sign of "demo use" that I could find. I'm having a very hard time looking away from her. She's just so pretty.
After I let her acclimate, the first song I played on her was 'Never Leave' by Seether. I'm in love, people...
