This one. I almost bought it again after selling it but missed out on it. Man, that guitar was wonderful.

I can recall three guitars that I truly regret letting go.

1)  716 LTD Madagascar

2) 716 LTD Imbuia

3)  414 LTD Walnut

How about you, are there any guitars that you wish you had not let go.
Funny you should mention a 2009 Spring Ltd 716ce. I have one and it sounds great, but it doesn't get the play time it deserves since I got my 514ce FLTD and my wife is complaining I have too many guitars. I'm regretting the ones I didn't buy.

My '00 514ce with an engelman top, Florentine cutaway and deleted the barn door for just a plain Fishman Matrix.

That decision hurt me so badly, I even had to delete pictures of it. Felt better after getting my 2013 516e-FLTD, though. That guitar is everything I wanted that 514ce to be.

Oh man, gorgeous hues and beautiful appointmoents on that one!  Not even having played it I can see why!  Sorry about losing that one ...but I'm certain it was for a good cause...

My 1999 W65 (all-walnut 12-string jumbo)...if I still owned it, I wouldn't have to spend time thinking about whether I need to have a 12-string in my stable at this time. It was gorgeous and somewhat unusual-sounding....not twangy at all. Anyway, water under the bridge....
My Taylor Grand Auditoriums:

1997 Cujo14 - old growth cedar/black walnut
2014 K24e - master grade koa
2018 Custom GA - bear claw sitka spruce/mahogany
2019 614 - torrified sitka spruce/flamed maple
2020 714 - lutz spruce/rosewood

I've owned three: DN3, GS8e, Mini Hog. I let the DN3 go as a trade-in so I could buy the GS8e. I don't regret that move at all. I appreciated my DN3, but it really wasn't my fit, and the GS8e is all of that. I'm very satisfied with the two I have and wouldn't part with either. I don't perceive any NGD's in the foreseeable future.

so, no regrets then :-\

It wasn't a beautiful guitar even though it was....My first 514ce (pre-ES) with a cedar top. After a couple of years, it developed a crack in the cutaway section. Taylor asked me to send it back to them and when they received it, they said that it was their fault and that I had three options. They could repair my guitar, repair the crack and install the new ES (I had a Fishman), or send me a new 514ce cedar that had just come off the line. I went with the brand new one. (Stupid kid mistake!) Though Taylor is consistent, the new one just never opened up or sounded as sweet and warm. It records great, but lacks that sound that I loved and the Fishman was better for my liking too. I have spent so many years regretting letting my first 514 go and too many years trying to find a place for this 514 that I like some days and hate others.
