Hey Ladies and Gents! I am a converted Taylor Owner! A novice player, but I have bought and sold alot of very nice guitars over the years but never a Taylor. So I had a 10 year lapse in playing guitar. After a nasty divorce I gave up every nice guitar up I owned. My guitar playing buddy became my ex father in law, well you know the story. My favorite couch guitar was a Gibson LG 0, don't give me a hard time, I really liked that guitar. I was in search of a smaller couch guitar and with a bad case of GAS I bought a 2000 Martin DM in mint condition. Awesome guitar for an HPL, but a couch guitar it was not and didn't get alot of playing time in the year I owned it. So, I was in search of a good couch guitar and did some research. I looked at the Little Martin and Baby Taylor, but really was not satisfied with their tone. Then GAS really kicked in when I caught wind of the GS Mini, and they had a hog version! Long story short, the DM sold after a day on Craigs list, I could have sold 10 of them in 24 hours with the phone calls I got. The same day, I found a mint GS Mini hog on Craigs list in like new condition for quite a bit less than a new one and scooped it up after a 2 hr drive to Orlando. Wow, I found my couch guitar and love it! So that's my story........
