The most recent addition

Dcopper......that is a really nice Taylor. Not a lot of bling, but it gets the job done, in more ways than one!

Had a windfall from my Dad's estate last year and promised myself I would attempt to achieve something I've wanted to do for years. Upgrade the Yamaha dreadnought I've been playing since the early 70's.

Upgrade ... what am I talking about? This was a light year jump. And not only one but two guitars.

First, a Spring 2011 Limited Edition Taylor GS-LTD Mahogany ES which has such a nice throated mid-range that rings for so long. It's like I've depressed the sustain pedal or something.

And second, a Taylor GA-K. Schweeet!

Gonna take a while before my feet hit the ground!

Whoa, nice! I've been on the lookout for one of those 710-L9 models. The Brazilian on yours is really nice. Great find.

nice :)
congrats :D

i was wondering if there was any other designation than 710L9 on the soundhole label,
as the standard 710L9s were engelmann/eirw, or perhaps it was a LTD run ordered by a
specific shop, as has been done in past by buffalo bros, dave's, gruhn's & wildwood guitars

either way, i imagine it's a pretty rare bird ...
