I have been getting revster or something like it for over 34 yrs due to what I do for a living so I just stuck with it, BTW Cindy those of us who ride motocycles ( 1100 Vstar yamaha) could easily put a motor on your trike and make it go real fast.

I love the 1100cc engines on the Yamaha and Honda V-twins.  Seems to me like the perfect balance of power, fuel economy, weight and physical size.
Nowadays the trend is toward 1600cc-1800cc plus, and some even look at 1300cc bikes as small.   ::)
At some point you're just adding cc's to make up for the increased weight of the engine/frame.
I absolutely love my little 550cc Honda, some say it's anemic, but it can really scoot, it's very nimble, and if you get the rev's up there is no problem spooling up to 90mph in a zip.   8)
Anyways, hello and welcome, revster!

Seen many a WERA race at Summit Point.  Very cool.  Back in the day (WAAAAAY back in the day) I raced an RD400.  Now I just ride street bikes.

I miss it alot sometimes, but guitars are alot safer ;D  I raced a Yamaha R6 and R1, but ended up selling the R1 and totaling the R6.  The last wreck I had was at JenningsGP, which is about 10 miles south of Valdosta, GA.  Went down in turn 11 at about 120mph, don't remeber much after that, until my pregant wife saw me and started crying.  That was the end of racing.  I have two sons now, so I'm looking forward to getting back into it, and hopefully they will too.

I'm just me. Same name as the Larrivee forum, and Dan Carey on AGF.
I only used my name 'cause Geezer was already taken on both of those.
I'm 'Geezer' on the usenet group RMMGA ( rec.music.makers.guitar.acoustic )

I changed my forum name from Tarpman (my camping nick name from the 90's) to the current one because that's how everyone has referred to me for the last five years. Has a good ring to it.  ;)

... After all these years of my assuming there was a guitar connection, however esoteric, regarding the name of The Artist Formerly Known As Tarpman.  :)

I use the same name on every forum that I ever joined (password also), this way I only have to remember one name.  Kind of lazy, but it works for me...

I was TaylorMusician "over there", because my nickname was already taken.  So, since it was available here, I snatched it up.
