Thanks!!!  I absolutely LOVE the sound and the way this guitar plays!!  I can finally say that I am totally satisfied guitar-wise!!  I have my 810 for bluegrass, my 814ce and my T5 for my country band!!  Don't need anymore and can finally stop looking at the classifieds sections!!  I really dig the maple binding and the neck being the light color!!

I have an 814ce tobacco burst with short scale.
The 814ce to me is the true Taylor swiss army knife of guitars.
Enjoy - it will never let you down.

Looking real nice.  Maple binding is beautiful on those 800 series.

i also really like the lighter shade necks, i think they look so cool-glad you found YOUR guitar!

very nice looking EIR on there as well-where'd you end up getting it from?

may i also offer up this suggestion......................

DR Rare Phosphor Bronze in the Medium(feels and plays like the light gauge Elixirs that probably came on it) or the Bluegrass set. Bet that will bring a real big smile to your face

Thanks!  I am extremely happy that I found the one for me!!  I think the EIR looks REALLY good on it, especially the sides.  I got it at Gruhn Guitars in Nashville.  They are really good to work with there!
