Yes we were, down here in Baton Rouge. Winds weren't too bad and only lost power at my house for 2 hours. There are still 65,000 without power at this time in Baton Rouge. Rain is the problem now with areas flooding that have never flooded before. All of the river stages are expected to crest way above flood stages. Along with this, people are being evacuated from there homes into shelters.
