Happy Valentine's Day!
« on: February 14, 2012, 12:22:33 PM »
What are you going to sing for your sweetie today?

I'm going with "Could I Have This Dance" Anne Murray version - 21 years and still going strong!!

I'm feeling badly that no one replied to you. My wife and I celebrated our first date anniversary (2/10/96), and wedding anniversary (2/10/98) and our second date anniversary (2/14/96) over the past five days. I've written several songs to her over the years, and while I now play Christ-centered original music almost exclusively, I took time out to sing some of her favorite originals and a few covers as well.

Cheers!

I will look for an appropriate song to sing in order to wish her a happy wedding anniversary today, our 14th.

Being so hard of hearing I won't inflict my "singing" on my loving wife, but I did put a Valentine's Greeting in this week's Stranger. Claire left one for me too – it's something we do every year. :)

Thanks Fool!!! (ha, my best Mr. T impression)  Sounds like your day was a good one.

We had a quiet evening - I am going to cook a special meal tomorrow - steak and lobster tail.  Should be nice.  Then, we are going to tour the Martin Guitar Factory on Friday so I'll be cheating on my Taylors with a D-18....ha.

i'd like to compare an 11 D-18 to a 12, as there are quite a few differences :o
