New guy checking in
« on: November 13, 2021, 09:08:46 PM »
Hello all.
Started playing guitar in 1961 (I think), just after the Earth cooled.
Have had some Taylor’s over the years but just scored a 714ce LTD with Lutz/Sassafras.
I’ve had 110e, etc.
I flatpick and fingerpick

Thanks y’all!
I love music and guitars more than ever. But you can have the “biz!”
Gigged for years (mostly electric). Now I just couch noodle and lie about what a great player I used to be.

Congrats on the great guitar.  I'm a 714 guy!  I got a new one just over a year ago, and later picked up a 2002 model 714.  They are both great guitars for me.  I loved the looks of the sassafras model when it came out and hid my wallet.  I'd love to hear one in person.  I know you're enjoying it!  (pictures would still be awesome!)
