Hello everyone! I have lurked around here quite a bit recently and also years back, and I decided now was a good time to become a member. My first Taylor was a GC3 that I got new in '07, which I immediately fell in love with. Unfortunately, I sold it after only a few years. I had a motorcycle accident that resulted in some lasting pain in my wrist and hand that really took the enjoyment out of playing. Long story short, soon after the accident, I ended up taking a near ten year break from playing (other than noodling around on my baby Taylor every once and a while). Last year, I finally decided to get back into it, and I bought myself an Academy 12 for Christmas. It really brought back some good memories with my old GC3. I soon added a 322ce after a few months (to make up for lost time of GAS lol). Getting my chops back slowly but surely. Luckily, learning things for the second time is much easier. Playing really has been a blast, and it honestly feels like I got back a part of me that was lost. Thanks for having me.
