New from Steamboat Springs
« on: March 18, 2021, 12:17:30 PM »
Hi from Colorado.  I am recently retired and have started playing guitar again after a 40 year absence.  I bought a 414ce first and it fits me perfectly.  I am loving it and I now have a 254ce ordered- hopefully will be shipping later this month.  I'm hoping to learn a lot from reading posts from the more experienced players.

Welcome. Two great choices for your first two Taylor's. Always good to hear people getting back to guitar....sometimes life gets in the way. You should love your time here....good information and great people.

Welcome to the forum. Nice guitar!

I used to LOVE Steamboat Springs - we visited friends there when we lived in Grand Junction in the ‘80s and I always thought it was a great place.

"...after a 40 year absence."
Ditto, pretty much. My oldest is 38 and daily practice turned into very occasional after he was born. The little finger ain't what it used to be, but I'm plugging away.
