Hello from IN
« on: April 16, 2020, 11:47:43 AM »
I'm glad I found this forum! I am yet to buy a Taylor, but am researching to choose the one I want. I am leaning towards the 214CE. I've played for 54 years and started on the usual cheap guitars of the 60s. I finally borrowed a friend's J-45 and that's been the one I've always compared acoustics to. I went through many used guitars, mainly Gibson, Alvarez Yairi, Martins, and some less expensive ones like Goya, Yamaha, Fender, etc. I think I'm due for a Taylor. I've played Telecasters and Les Pauls for my electrics. I've been in bands for probably 40 of those 54 year years, but now play at church once in a while or just at home.

Welcome aboard, 214ce is a nice playing/sounding acoustic just like the others. You will like it here with the great folks alike. Lots of knowledge and friendly advise etc.

Cheers!
