Title: serial number

I'm looking at the Taylor website and from what I see the serial numbers went from 9 digits to 11 in 2000. My GS Mini  has 10 digits. Am I missing something? I'm thinking about selling my Mini but I want to be sure what year it was made. Don't want to misinform anyone. I'm pretty sure I bought it in 2010. Any help would be great.

They went to 10 digit serial numbers in 2009.
The 2nd and 7th digits indicate the two-digit year it was built.
