Title: WTB: <GOT ONE!> ES-Go pickup for GSM - NEW PICS & Update!

Anybody out there have a Taylor ES-Go pickup for the GS Mini that you're not using and would just as soon have some cash? I can get one brand new on another site for $89 so I'm looking to pay $75 or less shipped.

I don't care abt orig packaging, but it does need to be in great working condition with everything that came with it (internal cable, endpin jack, etc). And if you have an 18 ft or longer V-Cable, I'd take that off your hands too.

Was just GIVEN (that's right, given) one of these by another UTGF member... out of the blue, here you go. What a cool surprise on a mild October Monday morning in Denver. I guess it's time to "pay it forward", huh?  ;)

I haven't rec'd it yet, but when I do I will install it (and might even take a few pics of the installation process) and post them here and on the main board. Cool idea to show the ES-Go installed... and YES, someone out there IS awesome!!

VERY nice!  I said something in the post regarding the "prize" of a Snark guitar tuner from Josh about the good people on this forum.  Here's another good example.  Yep, I like this place.  :)

UPDATE!!

Cindy asked for pics... here they are. For anyone wanting to install the ES-Go pickup in their GSM, it is soooooo easy and it works like a charm. I installed in in less than 10 minutes, and I plugged it into my PA with a new V-Cable and it sounds very nice.

TO INSTALL: You just take the strings off at the headstock to gain access to the inside of the git and clip the ES-Go into the pre-installed holder bracket under the fretboard inside the soundhole. Then unscrew the 3 screws holding the endpin in place & remove the stock endpin. Unplug the 1/8" cable from the pickup, thread the pickup cable thru the hole and seat the new endpin jack in the same hole. Screw the 3 screws in tight and then reconnect the 1/8" cable to the jack in the pickup. Finally, insert the cable body into the pre-installed holder clasp inside the git (bass side at the waist, inside) and re-string it up. All done and ready to play plugged in. Nice!  8)
