Drop dead GORGEOUS Claro Walnut back and sides, Sitka Spruce top filled with stunning figuring, colorful abalone fingerboard, perimeter and rosette inlay, Fishman Matrix under-saddle pickup installed. Custom Ebony tuning keys.
Set up similar to pre-2000 900 Series Taylors with the highly coveted Cindy Inlay. The abalone inlays on the fretboard are beautiful as is the torch inlay on the headstock.
Sounds as good as it looks. Walnut Cedar combination gives this beautiful instrument a rich, full, warm and resonant tone. Dreadnought body gives it deep, very satisfying bass response without the boominess.
This lovely guitar is a real pleasure to play, easy action, fantastic tone with or without the installed Fishman Matrix under-saddle pickup. A very desirable high-end Taylor. Includes original Taylor HSC, very sturdy and protective.
Never gigged or played outside of my house. Humidity sensor installed in case.
This is as close to brand new as you'll get. It's 20 years old this year, but it just came back from Taylor's shop in El Cajon with a major overhaul. I noticed a couple minor finish flaws on the back and sides - contacted Taylor, and they said, "Send it back." They brought it back to near new condition.

Refinished the back and sides
Neck reset
Fret dressing
New nut and saddle
Adjusted / tightened tuning pegs
Polished and detailed the entire guitar
It looks brand new.....and sounds 20 years old. You wont' find this combination anywhere else.
