NEW FROM EL CAJON
« on: April 30, 2018, 02:05:52 PM »
Hi all,
I'm a fairly new guitar player. I have  been tying to self teach for a few years via "You Tube". For a gift my darling wife bought me lessons at the adult center, so I have been going there a few months better learning chords and Music Theory.
I thought it would be hard as i'm older but its not to bad. Very relaxing. After several trips to GC the past few months trying different models I finally decided. I ended up buying online "No Tax", and Sweetwater was great at taking care of me.
I just bought a Taylor 524ce Limited all walnut. I could not resist. I know I went way over my budget. But in my defense it looks, sounds, and feels incredible. ON the bright side  I gifted my Yamaha to my son. He actually loves it as hes a heavy strummer. The Yamaha was too big and very Tingy for me. Is tingy even a word?
Hope to learn allot from you seasoned veterans here. Thanks for having me. I appreciate the forum.
Ray
