Thanks Anyway ♫ -- ♪ No Monitor Needed!

I'm around 2 months in to Taylor ownership, and a big difference between my lil' 110e and all the Gibsons I've used through the decades is volume. Right now for Sunday services they have me standing between the bassist (to my left) and two (count em!) two electric guitars (right side). All three of these guys use amps as monitors, and I notice that even without my instrument through the system monitors I can hear it clearly even when the electric guys are cranked up. In the last 15 or so years I've used an Ibanez jumbo (which was a wonderful guitar, very surprising), an Epi jumbo, and a Gibson square-shouldered dread (Hummingbird Pro) and this 110e is so much louder than any of them. Although my memory fades, the Gibson acoustics I used on stage in the olden days (B-25, J-200, J-50) were also quieter, I think. This is such a good thing in band settings.
