Greetings from the UK (Surrey, England to be precise)
« on: December 13, 2011, 11:54:37 AM »
Some of you know me already from the other place but I'm very thankful for the invite to come and dip my toe in the water here too.

Feels like home already.  :D

I'm a lefty (for my sins) and own the following lefty Taylors:

  • 614ce (Guitars for the Gulf edition)
  • NS52ce (Nylon Series)
  • ....oh, and I've also got a GS Mini
I love my Taylors but I confess I've been having a fling with a mahogany Santa Cruz OM/PW in recent months .....  sorry!!!  I know I need to get some counselling ( which is partly why I'm here  ;) ) but I just can't help myself at present.  :-[

Time for a group hug....please!!
Hoping that one day a Taylor 1 11/16" 12 fret Grand Concert will be a BTO possibility! :)

Welcome to our community!  Glad to have you!   :)   You do know that you can take a RH guitar and simply string it up the opposite way and wahhh-lahhh!  You have a lefty guitar!  ;) ;) ;) ;) ;)  Just kidding obviously!

Welcome aboard LindaLoo.  You need to move cautiously as the three Taylors may become a little jealous if they do not get their own time with you  :)  Sometimes it is hard to rotate all the fine instruments into a regular playing schedule.

Excuse me but I think you'll find I shall be elevating this place into a more cultured, more refined forum.

Hi Michael

I'm afraid I've been rather too busy with work to devote any time to it recently so yes, the April version (4.1) is the most recent.

If you or anyone here should know of any significant changes I'll do what I can to update it. :)

Where's my own personal Welcome marquee?!!!

He was born in Bristol I gather which is the South West of England whereas Surrey is a little to the south and west of London.   ;)
