 I've always wished I could play jazz or barrelhouse piano. The ability to sit down and play something like that just blows me away and I can listen for hours!

Easiest would be bass, as that was my main instrument for quite a few years.  Just don't have the hand strength anymore to play a good acoustic bass.   Do like the accordion suggestion, although I'd want either a regular button version, or better yet, a Wheatstone concertina. 

Might also go back and re-learn mandolin. 

Too many choices.

I've played guitar for over 40 years - started when I was eight. I stupidly turned down a trombone scholarship and gave the instrument up after high school. I've dabbled at playing banjo for a couple of years and played one in a bluegrass band, but my right hand wouldn't cooperate after playing alternating bass on guitar all those years and I didn't see myself getting much better at it. I tried some mando too, but decided to just focus on being a better guitar player.

That said, I'd love to have a doghouse bass to fool around with.
