Travel Trailers and Guitars
« on: August 16, 2014, 05:15:00 PM »
Going to take the travel trailer out and camp for a while.  Of course I will be taking my GS Mini with me.  Plan on having a good time making smores, and playing the guitar around the campfire.  yep the will be lots of caterwauling tonight.  Cheers everyone.

A shiny National steel guitar would look right at home next to your Airstream.

Looks pretty dry there.  Have fun and watch your humidity level.

Had a 5th wheel trailer that we spent a couple of winter months in some place warmer than Minneapolis.  I built a bunch of banjos and four acoustic guitars from kits during those trips.  A picnic table on the patio under the trailer awning makes a great work shop.

Here are two guitars I put together one winter in Harlingen, TX.  An all Koa 00  and a mahogany and spruce 0 size

Be sincere, whether you mean it or not.

Too many banjos to count

I loved to take my 114ce with us camping. Throw her in the middle of the bed and then pack pillows around her and she rode just fine. My favorite Taylor/camping experience was near Estes Colorado with a babbling mountain creek for accompaniment. Good times.
