Came across a might be interesting U-Tube video
« on: September 03, 2014, 11:52:50 AM »
Just be accident looking at this and that I came across a video by Scott Grove about rhyme playing.Im a big fan of Active melody but some times I just like to go look around, but Brian at Active Melody is the site you won"t  get me away from and is not in your pocket every time he teaches you a lick or to.At the start Scott  got into strings saying that the poly web are not sold because they last too long and hard to buy in the stores and they sell Nano web cause they don't last near as long and it makes the cash register ring while poly web don't . Apparently you go to the site called "just strings" and you can get all the poly web you want in elixer .If there's any truth to this I think that's where I'm gonna get my strings from and going to the site the price is sure right .With this money driven society were in it don't surprise me . They title of his video is --- if you still suck at playing rhythm put some stank on it  and have a listen  .

I've used both the Poly and Nano and prefer the Nano by a large margin on my Taylor 12s.
My Nanos last a very long time . . . several months.
The Polys are good as well but I don't think there is a conspiracy.  The stores around here stock both.
