Hey all. Was planning on getting a mini hog later this year. Went into my local guitar shop to try a few out. They had the miniE with Rosewood. Couldn't justify paying extra for the electronics when I won't use them. They happen to have one without. Loved the look of the rosewood! Was honestly a little disappointed with the tone of the hog when tuned down a half step. Seemed too muddy to me. The Spruce/Rosewood really sang! Gave in and brought her home that day.
