 Walter, I was in the military (USAF) and loved going to Aviano AB. The locals kept me very well fed. Yum. I remember the taste of my first cappuccino. I'll never forget the insane bus ride from Venice to Pordenone. The rest is classified. ;)

CodeBlueEMT, I understand. The base in Aviano was really big and a lot of personnel was deployed there.
And yes, food , beverages and wine are still  our strenghts :-)
