Benedetto (ouch)

Hello folks,
I should probably not post this here but the allure of jazz guitar is pulling at my heartstrings..I could pull it off with my Taylors but just wondering if anyone here owns a Benedetto jazz guitar and could give me some advice? Found a nice Bambino Deluxe and am doing some very heavy pre G.A.S.thinking?

I've seen Bucky Pizzarelli play his 7 string Benedetto a number of times, most recently at the Woodstock Luthier Showcase.  If that's not in your budget, I have a 1953 Harmony Monterey that you could have for a song.  Just a couple hours up the NJ Turnpike.

I appreciate the offer Jersey tuning, but I kinda "caved in" early...Darn that G.A.S. got me again!! Bambino is on the way. I will post some pics but hope I do not anger any of my friends here!!
