Regarding the side woods: I didn't actually get to select the woods. I just selected "AA" from the worksheet and was very pleasantly surprised. The sides aren't as variegated as the back but it sort of appears that they could match up with the darker section and the lighter orange/red tone near the top edge. Here's some more pics.
