Braz is gorgeous, as is the inlay work to be sure.  But if there's any body style that benefits from their armrest cut it is the GO!  That alone is a priiiicey option; add the braz and its game over for the mere working stiff ;)

Too bad about the price braz is commanding these days, IMHO.  In the last couple of months I recall seeing a few Taylors et.al. in various forums sporting braz b/s in a "reasonable" price range (gee, only 4K-ish ...LOL!).  Now there is somthing I would like to entertain ...if only... :D

A $XX,XXX.00 retail Taylor guitar ??.....SERIOUSLY ??

A 2013 PS18e - Cocobolo retails for $X,XXX.00.

So, that means that this guitar is built with a set of Brazilian Rosewood with a suggested retail value of $XX,XXX.00 ?

I guess Hell has indeed finally frozen over.

 ???

It has a European Spruce top also, but at least shipping is free.
If it had all of these features, maybe the cost of admission would seem more 'reasonable'.

Karol fret access bevel.

Maingard back bevel.

Manzer wedge.

That is some stunning lutherie there!  Craftsmanship like functional art ...I love it when that happens!  :)

Did you say a free 10-year supply of strings? I think that would be appropriate :)
