A cool story about a Bass guitar

A long time ago (in a far away land), I created a Tab site; mostly for Grateful Dead tabs.  Ultimately, I turned the site over to a man who was faithfully served as its caretaker (and enhancer) for many years.  Additionally, about 10 years ago, we added forums like these to the site.  It was become a thriving and vibrant community about making music.

Now, follow this story that recently unfolded on our site.
