That is gorgeous.  Definitely some eye candy!

What kind of binding was used?  It looks as though it has a pink color.  It's beautiful in that it really allows the cocobolo to pop.

Cocobolo was used for all the bindings and armrest as well

I did a Cocobolo/Redwood Dreadnaught BTO in 2004.  The only suggestion I can make is to be patient with the guitar, play it often and give it time to open up.  The tone is worth the wait...
