Hello from southwest Virginia!

I live close to he Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia and have been playing guitar for 40 plus years and am self taught. I enjoy all kinds of music but my favorites are blues and acoustic folk and I enjoy contemporary Christian and gospel and have written, played, and performed that style of music for the last 20 plus years. I always enjoy meeting new people an learning new licks and guitar playing styles! Never can learn too much you know. I am married for 22 plus years and have a great 18 year daughter who is extremely talented lyrically and musically on he keyboards. Look forward to meeting all of you on the forum.

Welcome Shooter1103, glade your here.  I drove back from DC several years ago and went through W. Virginia, it was in October.  Beautiful!

Thanks everyone for making me feel welcome! Especially enjoyed MGAP and glad you where able to enjoy our part of the state at a special time of the year! I am a little biased of coarse!
