I was very glad to find this forum. I am a 49 years old and played in hard rock bands in the 80s. I did not play for many years until I started playing acoustic again in the late 90s.  My first good acoustic was a 93 Taylor 910. I sold it a few years later as I got into collecting vintage martins and gibsons. After many years I finally had to admit that the best sounding and playing guitar I ever owned was my 93 910.  I just  purchased a 97 910 on eBay. It should be here in a few days and I hope it sounds as good as I remember my 93 sounding.

I know the body shape is a little different (93 vs 97). Does anyone have any feedback or comments regarding a comparison between the two model years?

I honestly do not know of any changes in the body shape.
There may be internal changes, but externally they should be the same.
