So any updates on your BTO guitar briguysm?

Still waiting to hear that it is ready to ship. I was told it COULD be this week...but no promises were made. If it's not this week, then it will be within the first two weeks of January. Taylor shuts down the factory for two weeks during Christmas.

Believe me, the nanosecond I receive word that it's on its way, I will post here!

Taylor has a two week Holiday break every year. This year it begins on the 21st. Hopefully your BTO gets done before that happens...

the factory tour page shows company holidays (gives a heads-up for those making plans to visit)

page 4 in most issues of W&S also shows the holidays

unless they're taking an additional day this year, it shows that they're
closed from the 24th thru the 4th (returning the 7th, i imagine)

they were closed on the 21st ... in 2009
